If you are experiencing a problem at work which you believe violates the contact, you are entitled to file a grievance. The procedure is outlined in Article 14 of the contract. Grievances must be filed no later than 10 working days from the initial violation.
The first step in most cases is to file the grievance at the building level, so please contact your building representative first.
